We value the opinion of our staff, so we thought who better to tell you about our US offices than the people who work there? We asked a few of our local team members to give you the low down on all the things you need to know.
The Chicago office is ideal for suburban and urban commuters. The downtown location has many conveniences for dining, shopping, hotels, theater etc. The office boasts incredible panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the surrounding skyline. It is located in a full service, high security building that includes restaurants, a gym and other amenities.
The office is spacious, bright and inviting. We have a large central kitchen with free coffee and tea, and is stocked with soda, water, and snacks.
We are conveniently located near major commuter and CTA trains. There are also many parking garages nearby.
We often plan fun social events and office lunches. We offer a complimentary membership to the building’s onsite gym. The building has a beautiful courtyard and during summer months offers weekly music events.

The office
The Carmel office is located off Meridian, near 116th St, and is five minutes from a variety of restaurants and cafés in downtown and Midtown Plaza. It’s an easy walk to the Monon Trail, a rails-to-trails path that spans Central Indiana. The office is a first-floor suite with free parking just steps from the door. Our building includes an outdoor patio space that’s perfect for grilling and pitch-in celebrations.
Environment
Our office has a mix of traditional offices and open spaces, which fosters both autonomy and collaborative teamwork. Our kitchen/break room is well-stocked with snacks and drinks, and is frequently the hub of company lunches and gatherings.
Location
Carmel is a suburban city located just north of Indianapolis, Indiana with easy access to I-465, Meridian Street and Keystone Avenue. Carmel is frequently rated the safest midsize city and the best place to live and retire in the US. Carmel is bike-friendly, has thousands of miles of trails, and is well-known for having the most roundabouts in the nation. We enjoy a world-class performing arts center, dozens of parks, a summer festival, a popular Christkindlmarkt in the fall/winter, an outdoor ice-skating rink…. and all of these are just a few minutes from the Carmel office. We are also just 20 miles from the storied Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing”.
Other things to add
We love to celebrate, so you will find us enjoying a summer picnic at a park or event space, dressing in costume for Halloween, decorating our offices for the Christmas/holiday season, and enjoying a happy hour at a local brewery. But we also celebrate a little-known holiday – Flag Day – just to get outdoors, play some games, and enjoy some good food with our teammates.

Our office is in one of the most popular suburbs of Charleston, Mt. Pleasant. This central location allows for easy access to local attractions as well as historic downtown while affording our team members the opportunity for a slower pace and family friendly neighborhoods.
The office is beautifully situated near several small ponds, surrounded by walking paths and patio access. The beauty of the outdoors spills into our beautifully appointed location. The floor plan is open and spacious with an abundance of indoor greenery and natural stone. Team members can easily join up in meeting rooms to collaborate, socialize in the atrium or commune in the kitchen or outdoor mezzanines and patios.
We are located near several major thoroughfares; the closest being State Route 17, with easy access to both I526 (to North Charleston) and I26 (to Charleston). While alternative transportation options are available (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc.) the most popular mode of transport is personal vehicle. Additionally, public transportation is an option. The office is only a short, 5-minute walk to the nearest CART bus stop.
In true ‘southern’ tradition, no one is a stranger in the Charleston office. RLD teams regularly plan social events where all are welcome to join in the fun; from family crab boils and BBQs to themed happy hour socials to holiday events. The welcoming culture and relaxed atmosphere are inviting, getting to know your colleagues and teammates as friends is easy.
