About Our Recruitment Process

Learn How RLDatix Hires

Our goal is simple: recruit top talent to help join the mission of making healthcare safer for all!

We’ve established a recruitment process to help us find the right candidate while mitigating unconscious bias. Each step is mapped out below to give you an idea of what to expect when you apply for one of our roles. Please keep in mind that the recruitment process might vary slightly depending on the region and the role you are applying for.

Keeping You Safe

Unfortunately, job offer scams are on the rise and bad actors have in the past fraudulently impersonated RLDatix recruiters. Please note that RLDatix will never ask a new employee to pay for their own equipment and promise to send a check for reimbursement.  RLDatix employee emails are always sent from an RLDatix domain.  Be wary of anyone who contacts you using Gmail, Yahoo, or other type of personal email account.

For more information on how to protect yourself from job offer scams, we suggest reading this article by Forbes.

Please familiarize yourself with our recruitment process to prevent falling victim to similar scams.
1

Candidate Review

If your background and experience are a match for what we’re looking for, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will get in touch to schedule an initial video screening call.
2

Recruiter Screening Video Call – 30 min.

A member of our TA team will speak to you about the role, its requirements, and spend time getting to know you and your background.
3

Employee Personality Profile (EPP) – 10 min.

Next, you’ll complete an online EPP. The EPP doesn’t measure whether someone is qualified or able to do a job but can help us assess which areas to explore in the interview based on their individual personality.
4

Initial Interview – 45 min to 1 hr.

Non-technical Roles: This is usually two interviewers on a single panel interview.

Technical Roles: Your interview may include a technical assignment relevant to the position. Depending on the position, this may be a written or live assessment.

5

Final Interview – 45 min to 1 hr.

This interview is generally with the hiring manager, or the hiring manager’s direct manager. This interview may include a further technical assignment relevant to the position. You’ll be notified if this is an interview panel or individual interview beforehand.
6

Offer

If the hiring team has decided to move forward, we will be in touch with a verbal offer, followed by a digital offer letter and contract delivered to you via DocuSign along with benefits information.

Please be aware that salary offers are based on a wide range of factors, including location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also taken into consideration

Pre-employment / Onboarding

Depending on your region and/or role type, employment may be dependent on a successful background check, employment verification, etc.

On your first day of employment, you will participate in an onboarding presentation that provides you with all the essential information to get started. You’ll also meet with a member of our HR team to prepare for your first day and receive a detailed onboarding plan to help guide your first few months.

Need Accommodations During The Interview Process?

As part of RLDatix’s commitment to the inclusion of all qualified individuals, we ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation in the job application and interview process.

If reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in either step, please don’t hesitate to send a note to accessibility@rldatix.com
