About the recruitment process

About the process

Our goal is simple, we want to recruit the best people to join our team. We have an established recruitment process to help us find the right candidate, each step is mapped out below to give you an idea of what to expect when you apply for one of our roles. We know that the more diverse our teams are, the better we will be and our recruitment process is designed to mitigate any unconscious bias.

Please keep in mind that the recruitment process might vary depending on the region and the role you are applying for.

Keeping You Safe

Unfortunately, job offer scams are a real thing and like many companies, RLDatix has been targeted. RLDatix would never ask a new employee to pay for their own equipment and promise to send a check for reimbursement.  RLDatix employee emails are sent from an RLDatix domain.  Be wary of anyone who contacts you using a Gmail, Yahoo, or other type of personal email account.

Please familiarize yourself with our recruitment process at the bottom of this page.

For more information on how to protect yourself from job offer scams, we suggest reading this article by Forbes.
