About the process

Our goal is simple, we want to recruit the best people to join our team. We have an established recruitment process to help us find the right candidate, each step is mapped out below to give you an idea of what to expect when you apply for one of our roles. We know that the more diverse our teams are, the better we will be and our recruitment process is designed to mitigate any unconscious bias. 

Please keep in mind that the recruitment process might vary depending on the region and the role you are applying for.


1. Application review

Upon successful review, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will get in touch for a phone interview.

2. Assessment

Next, you will complete an online personality profile. If you have less than 1 year’s experience in the role type, you’ll be invited to a cognitive assessment (logic and reasoning) and a personality profile evaluation. The cognitive assessment will be observed by a member of our team.

3. Interview One

Your interview may include a technical assignment relevant to the position.


4. Interview Two

This interview may include a further technical assignment relevant to the position.

5. Offer

If successful, we will be in touch with a verbal offer, followed by a digital offer letter and contract delivered to you via DocuSign.

6. On-boarding

Welcome to the team! You will meet with a member of our HR team to prepare for your first day and be provided with a detailed onboarding plan to help you settle quickly.
