Welcome to our brand-new office in Melbourne’s vibrant CBD, located at 485 La Trobe Street. With around 87 staff members working across different functions, our vibrant workspace is designed to foster collaboration, productivity, and a great deal of fun.

The Office

Our Melbourne office is buzzing with energy, housing a diverse team of 87 professionals who work closely to bring their best to the table. While we’re passionate about what we do, we also believe in enjoying the journey—our social committee ensures regular doses of fun with everything from Culture Days and Toasty Tuesdays (during Winter) to Thirsty Thursday catch ups.

The Environment

Located in a state-of-the-art building under Brights & Park, we enjoy a dynamic and comfortable workspace. The building features three on-site cafés in the lobby, perfect for grabbing a coffee or bite between meetings. Need a break from the desk? Take advantage of the free yoga and pilates studio or unwind in one of the building’s relaxing snooze rooms. For those who commute actively, the building offers end-of-trip services, including showers and bike racks. Feeling a little tired? Hit the snooze rooms for a quick recharge. And if you’re up for some outdoor fun, you can even rent games, picnic mats, or sports equipment at no cost.

Inside the office, we have a light-filled, modern space with open areas designed to encourage interaction. Our fully equipped kitchen includes a collaboration nook, perfect for informal gatherings, and oh, did we say we have a table tennis space as well? – perfect for a quick match with a colleague.

Prime Location

Situated in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, our office is a short stroll from Southern Cross Station or Flagstaff Gardens Station and conveniently accessible via trams. Step outside and you’re surrounded by Melbourne’s iconic cafés, restaurants, and shopping precincts, with the beautiful Flagstaff Gardens right opposite for those who prefer a green escape during breaks. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee or taking a yoga class nearby, our location has it all!

Our Social Culture

We believe food brings people together (especially considering where we are located), and we make the most of it! Whether it’s team get togethers, pizza lunches or other goodies, there’s always something to indulge in while having a great chat with your colleagues. We also host regular social events, from casual celebrations to full-blown year end Christmas BBQ parties.

Working in Canberra

The office  

In the office, we have 25 employees from multiple functions working together collaboratively. Our social club committee makes sure we have fun together by organising frequent social events.

Environment 

We’re based in the heart of Canberra city. There is a big open light kitchen and eating area used for informal coffee catch-ups and collaboration. The office is a light, modern and open space with video conferencing facilities for team meetings.

Location 

Our office is based in the Canberra CBD, at Ainslie Place, which is easily accessible by every mode of transport available in Canberra. Surrounded by the largest shopping centre in town and plenty of restaurants and cafes it is easy to have a nice catch up with colleagues and friends to clear the mind. There are several green areas such as Glebe Park and the recreation area in the Canberra CBD that allow employees to have their lunch and coffee breaks whilst enjoying some sun.

Other things to add 

We have monthly meetings with the broader RLDatix team (located in Melbourne and Sydney) and social events for corporate celebrations and cultural holidays. Food often brings us together, whether it is lunches, after-work events or simple coffee breaks, we love to have a bite and catch up.
