Under the guidance of the Business Development Director, responsible for prospecting and selling the Workforce and Business Optimisation software solution to the designated client base.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new Business directly and through marketing campaigns
- Working with marketing executive in acquiring and communicating market intelligence
- Qualification of opportunities
- Managing existing client accounts
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate commercial contracts
- Produce sales plan for major opportunities
- Utilise available resources effectively
- Maintain CRM, the sales information system, and provide forecasts as required
- Work effectively with other team members
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Good healthcare background
- Good understanding of sales cycle
- Proven capabilities in selling to private and public healthcare sector
- Experience of successfully selling high value software
- Flexible and able to travel to cover the designated geographical area
- Self-motivated
- Presentable, articulate and confident at making presentations to executive level
- Educated to degree level
- Keen to learn and grow with the company
