Cloud solution a “no brainer” decision

“In terms of operations management, having direct access to quality support is critical. Moving to the cloud is also a cost-effective licensing and hosting solution,” Jorge Silveira said.
“Having access to the latest versions and features will enable us to constantly improve our workforce management practices, which will ultimately lead to better staff engagement,” he said. “The ability to also access the system from anywhere, any time is also invaluable to our busy, mobile workforce,” he said.
Renee Draper, Benson Radiology General Manager People and Culture, said they expect the cloud solution upgrade to be implemented with ease, and the get the additional support that will enable her organisation to focus on a number of key initiatives.
Matt Durston said Allocate Software enables public and private healthcare organisations to have a single accountable partner that hosts, supports and develops the software.
“Customers enjoy knowing that their software is always up to date, that they will enjoy minimal downtime, and that they no longer need local IT assistance or support,” he said.
