Canyon Exploring Customer Advocate
Jeremy Bell, our Utah-based CSM Team Manager, began his path with the RLDatix acquired company, SocialClimb, 4.5 years ago and has been a part of TeamRLD ever since the acquisition. He has helped multiple customers find the value in expanding their product usage. A large win he had for one of our customers was helping them to determine the ROAs of their marketing efforts.
We had the chance to catch up with Jeremy to hear about his journey, his role at RLDatix, and what he enjoys outside of work.
What led you to join TeamRLD?
Jeremy shared that he wanted to start working somewhere where he could grow and thrive, so he decided to join a growing company in Lehi, UT as one of the first Customer Success Managers.
What keeps you working here?
He mentioned that he couldn’t imagine working anywhere else because of how much he enjoys the culture, the people he works with, and the sense of purpose he feels in working for our mission.
Upon reflection, Jeremy recalls one of his favorite moments being the 2023 Summit. He was able to connect with customers in real time, and he really noted the value in that.
What originally inspired you to work in Customer Success?
While attending university to be a PT, he joined his friend’s company managing customer accounts. He discovered that he loved helping people and that he was very good at building strong relationships. For the last 15 years, he has continued to do just that.
What does your role at RLDatix entail?
Jeremy truly wants our customers to be happy and even pleasantly surprised by the significant added value that our product range can offer them. He shows existing customers what expanding their use of our products could brings them and waits for the aha moment.
Jeremy remarks, “I also manage our team of CSM's and help ensure that our customers are being taken care of.”
What is your favorite part of working in Customer Success?
Jeremy points out that he loves showing people how he can help them; “The strategic conversations that I am able to have are such a fun way to spend my time.”
Do you have any advice for people looking to join the field themselves?
“Be a sponge—never believe you know everything and be willing to learn from your coworkers, but also from your customers,” says Jeremy.
Outside of work, what are you up to? Tell us a bit about yourself!
Utah is a beautiful place to be outdoors, and that is exactly where Jeremy likes to be. You can find him playing a sport or hiking most times of the year.
