Our Career Elevation Framework focuses on providing clarity, fairness, and opportunity — helping our teammates answer: “Where am I now, and where could I go next?”
With dual career tracks, they can either grow on an Expertise Track deepening their technical knowledge and leading through their expertise or on an Enabling Track where they'll drive strategy and lead our teams. We value both pathways and want to support our team members in choosing the path that fits their individual strengths and goals.
We want to give back, and we’re proud to have team members who are passionate about strengthening their communities. Our teammates consistently show up for causes that matter to them as individuals and as a team and we’re committed to supporting them.
Our volunteer days give members the time and space to make a meaningful difference.

Our People Business Partner in the UK, Daniel Stephens, is usually found coaching managers and championing employee engagement. But on March 22nd, he swapped his headset and laptop for boxing gloves and stepped into the ring as HR Man Dan.
He went all 3 rounds, raising £1,300 for the mental health charity Mind. As promoting mental wellbeing ties in with our commitment to safer and more compassionate care, we were excited to see Dan bring our mission to life in such an exciting way.
Let’s hear it for Dan, who packed his punch with purpose!🥊

During the holidays, 25 team members came together to make a big impact. They packaged enough food to support 8,964 households across the Chicagoland area. Together, our team played a major role in ensuring that families have access to nutritious meals.
Our Director of Operational Excellence, Tim Cleary, organized this opportunity mentioning, "Greater Chicago Food Depository is a staple of the Chicagoland area, as a well-respected local organization serving an important mission to end hunger."
We couldn’t be prouder of our Chicago team for giving back. 🙌

On October 26th, TeamRLD rode an accumulated 250 kilometers (155 miles) around the bay. 🚲
Our Cloud Engineer, Alastair Pratt, organized a group of our teammates to participate in a bike ride in Melbourne, Australia.
Our team peddled into first place raising $4k for the Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision charity which focuses on improving the care for patients living with bone marrow failure syndromes and helping to support their families.
Those from our offices all over the world donated and cheered our riders on from afar.
