A Look Into How We Operate
At RLDatix, our Finance team is divided into two collaborative functions:
Finance and Operations: This team manages all our accounting and operational finance needs. From overseeing group billing and statutory accounting to handling purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, and expenses, they ensure everything runs smoothly. Each month, they accurately report our revenue and costs, keeping us on track.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Focused on the future, our FP&A team partners with senior budget holders to develop strategic plans that align with our medium and long-term goals. They play a vital role in the lead-to-cash cycle, ensuring new bookings, market entries, product launches, and account renewals are successful.
