What will you learn?
Team Role Differentiation - The specific roles and responsibilities within the team. The relationship between these roles and how they work together to ensure a successful product.
R&D Fundamentals - Foundation of R&D practices, exploring new frameworks, tools, AWS services, or architectural patterns. Running prototypes, documentation and evaluating algorithm performance.
Software Engineering Fundamentals - Core principles and practices, writing testable code, best practices, and debugging techniques. Database fundamentals and using essential tooling such as VS Code, SQL utilities, and Git.
DevOps Fundamentals - Paradigms, principles and automation and understanding CI/CD pipelines. Publishing and managing artifacts through Nexus, enforcing quality gates via SonarQube, and the foundations of cloud deployments, environment configuration, and monitoring.
Agile and Scrum Fundamentals - Core concepts of Agile methodology versus the Waterfall model as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each. The Scrum principles of transparency, inspection, and adaptation and how they affect team decisions.
Workflow Basics - Prioritize, use and manage the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Increment. Techniques for task estimation and user story sizing.
Developing Backend and Frontend - Frameworks and libraries with mobile basics with strong architectural fundamentals.
Basic Design Patterns - Core design patterns used in software development for scalable and maintainable code.
