We're searching for a Skopje-based Product Owner to join our Product Management team, so that we can implement the product vision for our market-leading healthcare software solutions. The Product Owner will work with stakeholders across the software development ecosystem to ensure delivery outcomes focus on the right items to meet customer demand, identifying areas for improvement and driving the best results for our customers.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Gather business requirements from Product Management, customers, and stakeholders in order to support long and short-term roadmap planning, documenting them as User Stories with Acceptance Criteria in line with approved methodology.
• Represent stakeholders within the development team and participate in all Scrum ceremonies in order to ensure developments meet the business requirement and are fit for purpose.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog within a release in order to plan sprints and keep a clear view of the required outcome when difficult decisions are needed.
• Work with development, including UI/UX, in order to deliver product designs that fulfil requirements in a generic way and remain compatible with current and future stakeholder demands.
• Partner with front line support, services, partners, and customers in order to resolve functional issues, support post-release activities, and identify improvements across software, processes, and documentation.
  
  

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

• Experience working within a software development team, with an excellent understanding of Agile development methodologies, especially SCRUM.
• Proven success in working with customers to elicit feedback and requirements, and in planning, undertaking, and finishing activities to achieve high quality results.
• In-depth knowledge on how to interpret complex requirements and articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences using different techniques. Technical experience and experience of the Healthcare Industry or risk management methodologies would be a distinct advantage.
• Ability to commute to our Skopje office on a hybrid basis.
• Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare, with excellent attention to detail and the drive to be exceptionally self-motivated.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a team environment, with strong listening, written, and oral English communication skills.
