Job Description

RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organizations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.

Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.

We're searching for a Melbourne-based Implementation Consultant to join our Services Delivery team, so that we can continue delivering successful implementations of our workforce management solutions and help our customers achieve the best possible outcomes from our technology. The Implementation Analyst will deliver standardised SaaS platform deployments, supporting customers through requirements gathering, configuration, workflow design, training, adoption, and go-live activities.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Deliver successful implementations of RLDatix workforce management products, supporting customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Gather, clarify, and accurately document customer requirements relating to product setup, configuration, workflows, and operational needs.
  • Configure, validate, and deploy SaaS platform solutions using established implementation methodologies and delivery playbooks.
  • Identify and resolve implementation and service delivery challenges using established problem-solving approaches and practical, solution-focused methods.
  • Examine recurring customer challenges relating to configuration and adoption, developing appropriate solutions and sharing effective approaches with the wider team.
  • Build collaborative relationships with customers and internal teams to maintain alignment on implementation objectives and support successful delivery.
  • Participate in and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, translating stakeholder requirements into effective platform configurations.
  • Deliver user training and customer enablement sessions, creating clear rollout documentation and supporting customers through onboarding and adoption.
  • Support change management and go-live readiness activities, responding to customer questions and helping users successfully transition to new workflows and solutions.
  • Use AI-assisted solutions, automation capabilities, and digital tools to streamline routine configuration activities and improve implementation efficiency.
  • Review implementation and platform workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement while maintaining appropriate oversight of customer-critical processes.
  • Apply process optimisation and continuous improvement principles to reduce unnecessary complexity, improve delivery efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document implementation best practices and contribute ideas and recommendations that strengthen operational efficiency across Services Delivery.
  • Report on implementation project progress to the Consulting Manager, maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout delivery.
  • Work within agreed project timelines and budgets, tracking resource usage and applying an understanding of project financial principles to implementation activities.
  • Contribute to cost-benefit considerations and project reviews, helping align configuration and service delivery decisions with customer value.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes and support successful end-to-end technology transformation projects.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • 5+ years’ experience in healthcare (ideally Public Acute Care or Aged Care), implementation consulting, or Workforce Management software, alongside 3+ years’ experience in rostering, preferably within an acute healthcare or aged care environment.
  • Implementation and project delivery: Experience delivering end-to-end technology transformation projects, implementing SaaS solutions, gathering customer requirements, facilitating workshops, and supporting change management and technology adoption.
  • Customer and stakeholder engagement: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective implementation outcomes.
  • Project and problem-solving skills: A practical, solutions-focused approach, with an understanding of project management, timelines, dependencies, business benefits, and basic financial principles such as budgeting and resource utilisation.
  • Adaptability and innovation: Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or collaboratively, and an interest in using AI, automation, and process optimisation to improve service delivery and customer onboarding.
