We're searching for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales team, so that we can keep our sales processes running smoothly and efficiently. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Director, to ensure the smooth operation of sales operations across the business.

 

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Prepare sales documents, presentations, and proposals to support the sales team, and assist with sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries in order to direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Manage sales documentation such as contracts, agreements, and sales collateral to ensure everything is properly archived and accessible for reference
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, in order to support client meetings, conferences, and events in line with company policies and budgetary guidelines
  • Coordinate with finance and customers to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, following up on outstanding invoices and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Update and maintain sales databases, Salesforce, and other records in order to ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales-related platforms
  • Collaborate with our global team to support and manage customer contract renewals.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep the team aligned and organise

 

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role, preferably in the IT or Healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
  • In-depth knowledge on how to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail amidst competing demands
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Experience with Salesforce would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities with a proactive, resourceful approach
