Job Description

RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organisations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. We're searching for a London-based Head of Knowledge to join our Product & Innovation team, so that we can transform our market-leading social care expertise into innovative, intuitive and engaging product experiences. The Head of Knowledge will define and drive the strategy for how knowledge is accessed, understood and applied across our product portfolio, to close the gap between knowledge and care delivery and make a meaningful difference to the quality and consistency of care.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Defining and leading our knowledge experience strategy to shape how expertise is accessed, understood and applied across the product portfolio
  • Reimagining how complex professional knowledge is delivered, moving beyond traditional documents towards intuitive, interactive and actionable digital experiences
  • Working closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities to transform our expertise into valuable new products, features and services
  • Collaborating with AI, Data and Engineering teams to explore how technology and customer context can make guidance more relevant, personalised and proactive
  • Engaging directly with registered managers, quality leaders, frontline professionals and senior provider teams to understand how they access, interpret and apply knowledge
  • Acting as a credible and influential ambassador, representing the organisation at industry conferences, customer forums, webinars and strategic meetings
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior care leaders, professional bodies, sector organisations and other influential stakeholders

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Significant experience within the social care sector, with strong understanding of care delivery, regulatory requirements, operational challenges and provider needs
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, product innovation, service design or customer experience
  • In-depth knowledge of how to translate complex knowledge, guidance or regulatory information into intuitive, practical digital solutions
  • A strong understanding of human-centred design and how different audiences discover, consume and apply information in everyday work
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product, Design, Technology and subject matter experts to develop or improve customer-facing products and services
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the credibility and gravitas to represent the organisation externally with senior care leaders, professional bodies and industry stakeholders
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional environment, with the ability to commute to London on a hybrid basis
  • A sincere passion for improving care quality and outcomes through the effective application of knowledge, design and technology

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritising employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Key benefits include private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support, and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.
