
Stunt-Ready Support Leader
Jivesh Dunraj, our Australia-based APAC Customer Support Manager, has been with RLDatix for the past 7 years championing both professional development and team success.
He has enjoyed empowering those around him through leading training sessions focused on advanced troubleshooting, client rapport building, and cultivating the right mindset. A big win for Jivesh was the creation of our APAC Confluence page which streamlined our support processes. From his work at RLDatix to his hobbies after hours, we got to know Jivesh a little better during our recent chat.
Why did you decide to join RLDatix?
Jivesh liked the flexibility of working from home and the office. He also knew that he would thrive in our agile and dynamic environment.
What keeps you working here?
Our mission to help raise the standard of care everywhere resonates with many of our team members. This is also true for Jivesh.
He described healthcare as “an industry where every piece of work contributes to saving lives or making care safer. Some of the stories we hear from clients are nothing short of inspiring.”
What has your career trajectory at RLDatix looked like?
“RLDatix supports my professional growth, allowing me to continuously develop my skills. It’s a bit like parkour – always adapting, always moving forward, and occasionally leaping over obstacles,” reflects Jivesh.
Jivesh began his journey at RLDatix as a Support Analyst reviewing initial customer inquiries and monitoring tickets to ensure customer satisfaction.
He has had multiple positions since then. “Each role has offered me new challenges and growth opportunities, leading me to my current role. My journey has been like a well-choreographed martial arts sequence – each move building upon the last, leading to a powerful finish.”
Now, Jivesh is our APAC Customer Support Manager focusing on delivering the best support across a wide range of our products.
What’s it like working on your immediate team?
“My team is hardworking, professional, and, frankly, hilarious. Our Friday activity days are legendary – you never know what’s coming next, whether it’s training, a Kahoot game, or something completely unexpected.”
What is your favorite part of working in Customer Support?
With his background in both IT and healthcare systems, Jivesh has a great foundation to help our customers. He has always been a natural problem-solver which led him to customer support as did his love for helping people.
“Anytime I get queries that I can provide advice on, I feel a strong sense of accomplishment,” says Jivesh.
Have any advice for people looking to join the field themselves?
Jivesh mentioned that “adaptability is key and continuously improving your technical skills will take you far. Whether it’s a new product, a complex client issue, or managing a growing team, being flexible and open to change is essential.”
Additionally, he mentioned that a daily win is squeezing in a coffee break. Therefore, it is no surprise that one of his pro tips is a hot cup of coffee or two.
Outside of work, what are you up to? Tell us a bit about yourself!
Outside of work, Jivesh lives for adrenaline-fueled adventures. You can find him practicing gymnastics, mastering trampoline stunts, diving into parkour, and advanced driving. Depending on the season, you’ll also find him snowboarding down the slopes or diving into the ocean’s depths.

His love for action extends to his travels as well. When in Thailand, his favorite destination, Jivesh begins his mornings with Muay Thai training. He will also enjoy Thai cuisine, beachside foot massages, and underwater exploration. As Jivesh puts it, “it's like paradise, but with better cardio.”
When it’s time to unwind, Jivesh bonds with his son over Marvel superhero battles while munching on popcorn. These epic scenes often spark inspiration for their next martial arts move, turning relaxation into a shared passion for skill-building and connection.
