Global Finance Leader Extraordinaire
Based in Skopje, Macedonia, Nadica Zaova Petkovska has spent six years growing her career at RLDatix from Credit Control Specialist to Global Credit Control Manager. Supporting the global business, she leads Credit Control across International and North American regions while building strong customer relationships, improving processes, and helping drive financial success.
We spent time diving into the details about Nadica’s time at RLDatix, the path that led her to us, and how she unwinds after hours.
What led you to join the team?
Nadica was attracted by our reputation for growth and development. She also noted the opportunity to contribute to healthcare outcomes as a worthwhile mission.
Joining us as a Credit Control Specialist, Nadica grew her career with us as new opportunities emerged. This led to her a promotion from Team Lead overseeing UK and APAC regions to Collections Manager.
Now, she is our Global Credit Control Manager leading the global Credit Control team. Her focus is on customer relationships, cash collection performance, process improvements, and supporting our overall financial success.
What keeps you working at RLD?
The people remain the biggest reason she stays. “At RLDatix, you do not just have colleagues, you build genuine friendships and connections that make work enjoyable every day.”
One of her most rewarding experiences was a global project focused on standardizing processes and integrating systems while coinciding with her transition into leadership.
What inspired you to work in Finance?
She describes her team as supportive, hardworking, and fun. Her favorite part is seeing team members grow and succeed together.
What is one of your favorite projects so far?
After receiving her degree in Finance, she hasn't looked back since. With an inherit interest in balancing numbers, she found her passion. Plus, Nadica explains how "Credit Control isn't just about collecting cash, but also understanding challenges, finding solutions, and supporting the business's overall success.
Do you have any advice for people looking to join the field themselves?
“Stay curious, be open to learning, and never be afraid to step outside your comfort zone,” replies Nadica.
Outside of work, what are you up to? Tell us a bit about yourself!
Nadica enjoys traveling and exploring nature. Now that she has a one-year old daughter, she loves spending time with her and creating new memories together. Seeing everything through her eyes is an adventure in it of itself.
