What You Will Do:
As a Software Engineer III – Front End, you will design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions that address complex business challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise, you’ll architect systems, resolve technical challenges, and implement effective monitoring to ensure system reliability. You will work collaboratively across teams, and adapt solutions for evolving requirements. Your impact will be evident in the quality and efficiency of code delivered, proactive problem resolution, and support of continuous improvement in our engineering processes, directly contributing to the success of your immediate team and projects.

On the Front-End, we use a flexible, modern architecture using TypeScript with React to build compelling user interfaces and complex functionality. Engineers are empowered and expected to make key decisions in their designs and implementations, supported directly by their leadership. As a senior member on the team, you will also be expected to think and communicate with the team at a high level, while being able to effectively drop into the details, for both your own work and others’.

Experience You Will Need:
· 8+ years of production JavaScript experience with a deep understanding of TypeScript and its underlying principles.
· 8+ years of production React experience.
· Experience with a variety of modern React state management libraries, specifically the Flux model and associated libraries.
· Experience working with modern React tooling and libraries like Webpack and Vite.
· Excellent cross-functional communication skills – you can work well alongside designers, engineers and product owners.
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a large codebase – you know when to refactor and understand the cost of refactoring.
· Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous technical requirements and evolving project scopes, adapting solution approaches and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
