We're searching for a Germany based Senior Program Manager to join our Germany Product team (Remote), so that we can drive alignment, coordination, and operational execution across product, engineering, and professional services functions during a critical period of growth. Reporting to VP Product, the Program Manager will serve as a central point of orchestration and strategic execution leadership, ensuring priorities remain aligned, risks are surfaced early, and delivery outcomes are achieved effectively in support of our mission to improve healthcare for all.

 

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Coordinating cross functional activity across Product, Engineering, Professional services, and Customer Support teams to drive consistent operational execution and organisational alignment
  • Establishing governance frameworks, tracking mechanisms, and execution disciplines in order to improve visibility, accountability, and delivery performance across the organisation
  • Leading strategic execution of critical business initiatives and customer delivery activities in order to maintain momentum and ensure outcomes are achieved on time
  • Managing delivery coordination across implementation workstreams, product delivery milestones, and engineering dependencies to honour customer commitments effectively
  • Surfacing operational risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies early, proactively driving mitigation plans to protect delivery outcomes
  • Communicating progress, priorities, risks, and execution status clearly to senior leadership in order to enable rapid and effective decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities to improve coordination, delivery processes, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously strengthen operational efficiency including the use of AI to automate status updates and communications

 

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Strong fluency in both German and English
  • Extensive experience in leading complex cross-functional operational or strategic delivery initiatives within enterprise software or SaaS organisations
  • Experience with Agile delivery environments and enterprise planning tools such as Jira, Aha!, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Certinia, or similar platforms
  • Interest in using AI to automate and improve our reporting, project management, and delivery processes
  • Proven success in driving measurable outcomes within highly matrixed organisations, without direct line authority
  • In-depth knowledge of how to coordinate effectively across Enterprise Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support functions
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate alignment across competing priorities
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong bias for action and a focus on accountability and delivery outcomes
  • Sincere interest in improving patient safety and healthcare outcomes through technology
