We’re searching for a Macedonia-based Senior Product Owner to join our Product Development team, so that we can bridge the gap between complex user needs and technical execution. The Senior Product Owner will champion high-quality product outcomes by prioritizing features through evidence-based frameworks to empower healthcare leadership with the data insights they need to make better-informed decisions.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Translate user and business needs into actionable technical specifications to ensure reliable product delivery from concept to launch.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using objective frameworks in order to inform prioritization, sprint planning, and strategic recommendations.
  • Facilitate alignment between engineering, design, and product stakeholders to proactively address integration challenges and system dependencies.
  • Maintain structured processes and quality gates in order to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality product components.
  • Map system architecture and technical requirements to identify constraints and prevent implementation delays.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Senior-level experience in product ownership or analysis, specifically within a technical environment dealing with APIs, releases, and non-functional requirements.
  • Proven success in managing delivery for large squads while maintaining high sprint goal predictability.
  • In-depth knowledge on how to manage a healthy product backlog, ensuring at least 4 sprints of "ready" stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Sincere interest in healthcare safety and using data-driven technology to prevent patient harm.
  • A knack for working collaboratively and with growing autonomy within a fast-paced, global cross-functional environment.

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Key benefits include private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support, and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.
