We're searching for a Skopje-based Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team, so that we can bring marketing objectives to life through compelling creative assets. The Marketing Designer will develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with brand standards across a variety of campaigns and channels, delivering high-quality, user-focused outcomes that support business goals.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that support marketing campaigns in order to align with brand standards and business objectives, using generative AI tools to accelerate creative exploration and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions on time and to a high standard.
• Apply strong knowledge of design software, digital tools, and marketing technologies to create high-quality assets and troubleshoot design and production challenges.
• Apply established brand guidelines consistently across campaigns and materials in order to ensure brand alignment, quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Translate complex information and marketing concepts into clear, compelling visual communications such as infographics, presentations, social media graphics, landing page designs, and customer journey visuals.
  
  

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing design, motion graphics, and data visualization, with a higher diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
• Proven success in developing and executing creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across multiple channels, supported by a current portfolio of digital and marketing design work.
• In-depth knowledge on how to use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office, alongside experience using generative AI tools to support creative development. Experience designing accessible content to WCAG standards is important.
• Ability to commute to our Skopje office.
• Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare through innovative, user-centered creative work.
• A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects independently.
