We’re searching for a Melbourne-based Data Migration Analyst to join our Data Services Group team, so that we can support healthcare organisations in successfully transitioning to new EHR platforms with accurate, high-quality data. The Data Migration Analyst will analyse, validate, and support the migration of clinical and operational data while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and continuity of care.


How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Analyse legacy healthcare data and workflows to support accurate data migration into new EHR systems
  • Validate migrated data through iterative testing in order to ensure accuracy, integrity, and usability in the target system
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and support migration activities
  • Lead validation activities with clients in order to identify, triage, and resolve data issues
  • Coordinate across project teams to manage multiple migration projects and ensure successful delivery

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare IT, data analysis, or a related field
  • Proven success in supporting system implementations, data migrations, or EHR-related projects
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, EMR/EHR systems, and data validation processes
  • Ability to commute to our Melbourne office on a hybrid basis
  • Sincere interest in improving patient care through accurate and reliable healthcare data
  • A knack for working collaboratively across clinical and technical teams within a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
