We're searching for a Skopje-based Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Information Systems team, so that we can support, optimize, and continuously improve our global financial systems landscape. The Business Systems Analyst will administer SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), support financial reporting and planning processes, manage system enhancements and integrations, and partner with stakeholders across Finance and Technology teams to drive scalable, efficient, and compliant business processes.

Job Description

• Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to ensure reliable financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to gather, analyze, and document reporting and business requirements for financial systems and reporting solutions.
• Manage financial system data flows, integrations, and technology components across platforms including SAP Analytics Cloud, NetSuite, Salesforce, and related systems.
• Provide routine and emergency support for SAC and supporting SQL database structures to maintain system availability and performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and support system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes to improve business capabilities and user experience.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration activities to ensure the seamless onboarding of acquired entities into RLDatix's financial systems landscape.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Engineers, and Finance stakeholders to align processes and integrations across core business systems.
• Conduct business and process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial controls.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), readiness assessments, and validation activities to ensure successful implementation of system changes.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, training materials, and user guides to support knowledge sharing and user adoption.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement across finance and reporting processes.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that support the evolving needs of the business.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial consolidation, planning, or reporting platforms, including system administration, configuration, or support activities.
• Strong Business Analysis experience with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience using SQL to extract, analyze, and support reporting data from business systems.
• Understanding of FP&A processes, including planning, forecasting, scenario modelling, allocations, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of internal controls, financial reporting processes, and governance requirements within a finance environment.
• Ability to perform process reviews, gap analyses, and business improvement assessments.
• Demonstrated experience identifying automation opportunities and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and deliver effective user training and support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across global teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and desire to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular attendance at our Skopje office.
