A Look Into How We Operate

We are a dedicated organizational unit designed to centralize and scale the company’s artificial intelligence and advanced analytics capabilities.

Our mission is to harness data, insights, and AI technologies to accelerate AI-embedded product development, improve services through data-driven insights, and deliver intelligent, user-centered solutions that create business value in a multi-threaded approach across RLD strategic solutions.

The AIA team acts as a centralized capability hub, supporting individual product teams while ensuring enterprise-wide consistency, scalability, and governance in all data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
