RLDatix is on a mission to transform care delivery worldwide, ensuring every patient receives the safest, highest-quality care. Through our innovative Healthcare Operations Platform, we’re connecting data to unlock trusted insights that enable improved decision-making and help deliver safer healthcare for all.
Job Description
RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organizations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.
Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.
We’re searching for a Toronto-based UI/UX Designer to join our central Marketing team, so that we can strengthen and modernize RLDatix’s global marketing website experience. The UI/UX Designer will own hands-on website UX and UI design across our global regions, translating stakeholder needs into scalable, user-centred experiences and partnering with developers from brief through build, QA, and launch.
This is a hybrid role with one day a week in our Toronto office. It is a highly visible individual-contributor opportunity for a designer who enjoys improving live digital experiences, expanding reusable design systems, and helping global teams work more consistently and effectively.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Own end-to-end UX and UI design for RLDatix marketing websites, including user journeys, page layouts, navigation, responsive interfaces, reusable components, and website widgets
Translate stakeholder briefs and business goals into concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready Figma designs, clearly explaining design rationale and securing alignment
Partner with a remote development team throughout sprint-style delivery, including design handoff, implementation support, build reviews, QA, and production launch
Maintain and expand reusable components, templates, standards, and documentation so regional marketing teams can create consistent, accessible digital experiences
Improve website usability and effectiveness by applying user-centred design, accessibility, performance insights, stakeholder feedback, design trends, and thoughtful experimentation
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
A strong portfolio of live marketing websites that demonstrates your individual contribution and ownership from brief through launch
Advanced Figma experience, including components, libraries, prototyping, design systems, collaboration, and developer handoff
Proven success improving or modernizing established websites, with strong judgment in user journeys, information hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and brand consistency
Experience working closely with developers through implementation and QA; practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, front-end principles, and technical constraints is valuable
Experience with WordPress or another configurable, component-based CMS; familiarity with Cvent, HubSpot, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Miro, or Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset
Healthcare industry experience and people-management experience are not required
Strong website design craft, systems thinking, and delivery partnership matter more to us than industry background
Ability to commute to our Toronto office one day a week
Sincere interest in connected healthcare operations and helping improve health and care
A knack for working independently as a hands-on specialist while collaborating across global and regional teams, influencing stakeholders, documenting standards, and managing competing priorities
By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
