We're searching for a Skopje-based Translator II to join our UI/UX Localisation team, so that we can deliver high-quality, multi-lingual software releases. The Translator II will utilise CAT tools and localisation platforms to ensure translation accuracy, consistency, and technical quality, to help deliver safer, better healthcare for all.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Utilizing Computer-Aided Translation tools to translate software interfaces and documentation into German, ensuring consistency and adherence to terminology standards.
• Conducting linguistic validation, proofreading, and quality assurance testing in order to identify and report linguistic bugs or discrepancies across product branches.
• Coordinating with Product Owners, Development teams, and regional subject-matter experts to gather and clarify localisation requirements for global releases.
• Collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative user data in order to inform localisation priorities and validate translation quality across language versions.
• Creating and maintaining glossaries and style guides, and supporting technical deployment and release workflows to ensure brand consistency and reliable multi-language product launches.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

• Demonstrated proficiency in Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) tools such as Passolo, Trados, or MadCap Lingo.
• Proven success in applying qualitative and quantitative research findings to inform localisation decisions and validate user needs for international product releases.
• In-depth knowledge on how to partner cross-functionally to gather localisation requirements, process feedback, and coordinate successful release planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German for conveying technical and linguistic concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience utilising deployment tools and version control systems to support the technical deployment and quality assurance of localised content in multi-language environments.
• Ability to commute to Skopje as part of a hybrid working arrangement.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional localisation environment.
