We’re searching for a London-based Group Reporting Manager to join our Finance team, so that we can ensure the timely, accurate delivery of global audit and financial reporting requirements across the business. The Group Reporting Manager will take ownership of group audit, statutory reporting, and key month-end processes to ensure compliance, improve efficiency, and support high-quality financial reporting across RLDatix.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Owning and managing global audit processes to ensure audits are delivered accurately and on time across multiple jurisdictions
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams in order to gather audit evidence and respond effectively to auditor requests
  • Managing statutory reporting and compliance calendars to ensure all financial filings are completed within deadlines
  • Preparing and contributing to monthly management reporting in order to support board-level insight and decision making
  • Being a key contributor within our Accounting Team, driving control and process improvements, and collaborating regularly with other team members.
  • Delivering month-end accounting activities (e.g. payroll postings, accruals, R&D capitalisation) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 1–3 years post-qualified experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally with an audit background (practice or industry)
  • Proven success in managing audit processes and delivering against tight reporting deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, audit requirements, and accounting principles
  • Ability to commute to our London office 1–2 days per week
  • Sincere interest in process improvement and driving efficiencies within finance operations
  • A knack for working collaboratively across teams within a fast-paced, international environment

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritising employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Key benefits include private health and group accident insurance, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential support, and Loyalty Awards for long-service employees.

RLDatix is an equal opportunity employer, and our employment decisions are made without regard to race, colour, religion, age, gender, national origin, disability, handicap, marital status or any other status or condition protected by law.

As part of RLDatix’s commitment to the inclusion of all qualified individuals, we ensure that persons with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation in the job application and interview process.
