We’re searching for an Ontario-based Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to join our Corporate Systems Infrastructure team, so that we can ensure secure, reliable infrastructure and drive digital transformation. The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will apply strong foundational and practical infrastructure knowledge to support and enhance our technology platforms, contributing to the seamless operation of business-critical systems. 

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time 

  • Provide escalation level support and guidance for complex infrastructure issues and maintain system uptime for immediate teams 

  • Support the migration of on-premises infrastructure to cloud environments, contributing technical expertise and hands-on implementation throughout the transition 

  •  Craft clear, accessible technical messages for end users and stakeholders to ensure understanding of system updates or resolutions 

  • Participate in maintaining operational environments that contribute to ongoing business continuity 

  • Support the identification of system improvements by recognizing new technology applications and sharing findings with colleagues 

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having 

  • Strong foundational experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure), Windows Server environments, identity and access management, and networking fundamentals 

  • In-depth knowledge on how to resolve technical issues and maintain operational continuity for business-critical infrastructure 

  • Ability to commute to Toronto, ON as needed 

  • Sincere interest in participating in large-scale global projects, such as migrations and integrations 

  • A knack for working both collaboratively and autonomously within a highly regulated, fast-paced environment
