We’re searching for a Macedonia-based Senior Engineer – Software (C#/.NET) to join our Software Engineering team, so that we can build scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions that improve healthcare operations. The Senior Engineer will design, develop, and optimize modern software systems while providing technical leadership to elevate engineering standards and drive innovation across the organization.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

· Design and implement scalable solutions using C#, .NET, and modern architectural practices to support business-critical applications
· Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems to ensure performance, reliability, and stability
· Build and enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain system health
· Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers to drive technical excellence and continuous improvement

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

· 8+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally within SaaS environments
· Proven success in designing and delivering scalable, reliable software solutions in production environments
· In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, React, and SQL/database optimization
· Ability to commute to our Skopje office 2 days a week (hybrid working model)
· Sincere interest in building secure, high-quality software that contributes to safer healthcare outcomes
· A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams while also operating independently in complex environments
