We're searching for a Skopje-based People Operations Intern to join our People Operations team for a 3-month period, so that we can ensure the smooth and efficient running of our HR operations during an exciting period of growth and innovation. The People Operations Intern will support the daily operations of the HR department by organizing documents, digitalizing records, managing employee data, and contributing to the implementation of new HR tools and systems to help drive operational excellence across the organization.
How You'll Spend Your Time
Organize and archive HR documents to create a streamlined and accessible system for easy future reference.
Digitalize records and update registry books in order to ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Support the implementation of a new HRIS, background checks platform, and automation initiatives to gain hands-on experience with modern HR tools and systems.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems in order to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and organizational protocols.
Craft professional HR-related documents such as employment confirmations to provide a personalized and detail-oriented touch to employee communications.
Manage HR inquiries and day-to-day administrative tasks in order to ensure smooth communication across the People Operations team.
What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven success in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (or complementary Google apps).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
Ability to commute to Skopje office as required.
Sincere interest in improving healthcare operations and delivering a positive employee experience.
A knack for working collaboratively within an international, dynamic, and evolving environment.
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
