  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with senior military officers, government stakeholders, and procurement leaders, positioning yourself as a credible advisor and strengthening account retention and expansion.
  • Developing and executing strategic account management and pipeline development plans, identifying growth opportunities across existing and new accounts, and progressing opportunities from early engagement through to contract award.

  • Applying defence, government, and regulatory market insight to shape account strategy, inform tender positioning, and influence solution design, ensuring strong alignment with client priorities and funding frameworks.
  • Supporting revenue growth through consultative selling, including solution-led conversations, opportunity qualification, and value-based proposals; prior sales experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Working with the defense sector solution architect to delivering compelling solution demonstrations, briefings, and technical workshops, tailored to complex defence requirements, governance models, and acquisition processes.
  • Leading or supporting competitive tender and bid activity, contributing solution architecture, written responses, and proposal content to maximise win rates and commercial success.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure joined-up delivery, consistent messaging, and high-quality outcomes for strategic defence accounts.
