We’re searching for a Skopje-based Translator II to join our UI/UX Localization team and support high-quality multilingual releases across our global healthcare platform. As a Translator II, you’ll ensure translation accuracy, maintain linguistic quality, and help deliver seamless localized user experiences—directly contributing to our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

Translate UI strings, software content, and documentation using CAT tools while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to terminology standards.
Proofread and conduct linguistic validation to ensure localized content meets cultural, technical, and quality expectations.
Perform linguistic QA on localized builds and identify issues across product branches.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and regional subject-matter experts to clarify localization requirements.
Participate in shared team initiatives, helping resolve challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
Gather, process, and integrate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve translation workflows and outcomes.
Collect and analyze qualitative/quantitative user data to guide localization priorities and content improvements.
Review analytics and user insights to validate translation quality and user experience.
Identify patterns in user behavior that support continuous enhancement of localized product performance.
Translate complex technical and UI/UX concepts into clear, user-friendly language for different global audiences.
Adapt terminology and messaging across languages and cultures while maintaining brand consistency.
Create, update, and manage glossaries, terminology databases, and style guides.
Use localization and deployment tools to assist with multi-language release processes across environments.
Coordinate with release management teams to ensure accurate version control and seamless integration for localized content.
Help maintain localization environments and contribute to automation efforts for reliable global releases.
Demonstrated proficiency with CAT tools (e.g., Passolo, Trados, MadCap Lingo) to deliver accurate, consistent translations.
Proficiency in German and English.
Ability to apply user research insights—both qualitative and quantitative—to support localization decisions.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to gather requirements, process feedback, and support release planning.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when translating or explaining technical/linguistic concepts.
Experience using deployment tools or version control systems to support multilingual release processes.
An interest in localization quality, user experience, and continuous improvement.
