As a Technical Writer II, you will create clear, user-focused documentation that enhances the product experience for our customers. Working within the UI/UX R&D team, you’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to develop and maintain high-quality user guides, release notes, and feature overviews. You will leverage advanced authoring tools and data insights to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with user needs. Using a product mindset, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support multi-channel publishing, and communicate complex information in a way that drives understanding and adoption among diverse audiences.
Joining our team as a Technical Writer II in the R&D UI/UX function offers you the perfect environment to advance your technical communication skills while contributing to innovative product releases. You'll gain hands-on experience developing high-impact documentation for cutting-edge technologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional experts in product, development, and UX.
