We’re searching for a Saudi Arabia-based Technical Specialist to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver exceptional implementation and technical support services to healthcare organizations across the region. The Technical Specialist will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients—from pre-sales through implementation and post-go-live support—to ensure the successful deployment and configuration of RLDatix solutions.
Deliver installation, configuration, setup, and upgrades of RLDatix software and hardware to ensure seamless implementation
Support integration tasks (including APIs, HL7, XML, JSON, Mirth Connect, and Cloverleaf) in order to ensure interoperability with hospital systems
Respond to 2nd line support cases and resolve technical issues in order to maintain customer satisfaction and uptime
Advise clients on infrastructure design, system configuration, and IT best practices to optimize use of RLDatix products
Coordinate data migration, server setup, and system changes to ensure smooth transitions and project success
Utilize your knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu), and network fundamentals including load balancing to support robust system deployments
Apply coding and scripting knowledge (PHP, Java, HTML, Apache) in customizing, troubleshooting, and enhancing software performance
Engage in ITSM processes and change management in line with ITIL standards
3–5 years’ experience in a technical specialist or analyst role, ideally within the healthcare IT or software sector
Proven success in delivering technical solutions that improve client outcomes and system performance
In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server 2016/2019, Red Hat Linux, Ubuntu), networking, load balancing, and enterprise integrations
Hands-on experience with integration protocols and tools such as APIs, HL7, XML, JSON, Mirth Connect, and Cloverleaf
Solid coding foundation in PHP, Java, and HTML, with experience using Apache
Understanding of IT service management frameworks, especially ITIL
Experience implementing IT systems and software within healthcare environments (preferred)
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time within Saudi Arabia, GCC, and MEA regions
Sincere interest in improving healthcare through better, safer technology
A knack for working collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment
