We’re searching for a Macedonia or UK-based Team Lead Product Owner to join our team, so that we can drive delivery excellence and accelerate workforce management innovation. The Team Lead Product Owner will act as a player-coach, providing hands-on delivery leadership for high-profile AI initiatives while mentoring a team of Product Owners to ensure our solutions continue to solve real-world healthcare challenges.
Lead high-profile initiatives like AI and Workforce Management (WFM) innovation to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
Mentor and line manage the Product Owner team in order to build their capabilities, foster professional growth, and ensure consistency across squads.
Translate complex product visions into actionable delivery plans to balance quick wins with sustainable, long-term value creation.
Embed Agile best practices and Product Operations processes within squads in order to drive continuous improvement and delivery momentum.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and senior stakeholders to design scalable, customer-centric solutions that provide measurable benefits to healthcare providers.
Proven experience in Product Ownership, Delivery Leadership, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or workforce management industry.
Proven success in managing large, complex teams of professionals and fostering a culture of alignment and accountability.
In-depth knowledge on how to embed transformational delivery practices and review KPIs to drive squad improvement.
Ability to commute to our Skopje or UK hubs as part of our hybrid working model.
Sincere interest in leveraging technology and AI to make healthcare safer and more efficient for workers and patients.
A knack for working collaboratively across technical and non-technical audiences within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
