We’re searching for a Skopje-based Credit Control Team Lead to join our Global Finance team, so that we can continue to strengthen our global credit control operations and ensure effective cash flow management across the business.
The Credit Control Team Lead will manage the Skopje-based North America Credit Control team, oversee accounts receivable ledgers, and drive continuous improvement in payment collection processes to ensure timely customer payments and efficient financial operations at RLDatix.
Lead the Skopje-based North America Credit Control team to deliver timely and accurate collection activities.
Manage accounts receivable ledgers across the group with a focus on international regions to maintain financial integrity.
Act as an escalation point for Credit Control Specialists, offering mentorship, coaching, and day-to-day support.
Implement a robust process for BAU Credit Control activities, including automation tools and clear handover protocols between International AR Teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Billing, Sales, Account Management) to resolve invoice queries and reduce outstanding debt.
Support regional Billing Specialists with billing activities and transition of items to the International Escalations Team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across multiple systems while tracking inbound and outbound communications.
Ensure RLDatix receives timely payment of customer billings and establish strong, professional relationships with customers globally.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing collections efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
3+ years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable, ideally within a fast-paced international business.
Proven success in managing and mentoring a small team, driving performance and professional growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical and detail-focused approach to work.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
Experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce would be highly advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
A sincere interest in process improvement and operational excellence within global finance functions.
A knack for working collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
