What you will do: As part of this secondment placement, you will join the Talent Development team in designing and delivering solutions that will enable the growth and impact of all employees in RLDatix. You will own the day-to-day operations of our learning ecosystem, ensuring employees have a smooth, engaging training experience from onboarding onward. You will manage Talent & L&D communications to promote programs and deadlines, track participation and compliance metrics, and prepare reports for key stakeholders. You will act as a primary point of contact for learner questions and feedback, maintain L&D documentation and playbooks, support audits, and compliance needs, and provide operational and project management support (including using Asana) to keep Talent Development initiatives running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Manage and maintain the LMS platform
Add, update, and retire courses and learning pathways
Enroll employees in required and optional training
Monitor course completion and learner progress
Generate LMS reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Troubleshoot basic LMS access or usage issues
Internal Training Coordination
Schedule internal training sessions (virtual and in-person)
Set up sessions, calendars, and logistics
Track attendance and participation
Maintain accurate training records
Coordinate with facilitators, SMEs, and vendors
Collect and organize training materials
Support design and execution of compliance training processes
Onboarding Program Management
Manage the end-to-end onboarding schedule
Coordinate monthly onboarding sessions
Track attendance and completion of onboarding requirements
Ensure new hires are enrolled in mandatory learning
Partner with HR, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth onboarding experiences
Support the review of onboarding for experience improvements
Talent & L&D Communications
Manage internal communications from the Talent / L&D team via the communications platform
Draft and schedule announcements related to learning programs, training sessions, and initiatives
Promote learning opportunities and key deadlines
Ensure messaging is clear, timely, and consistent
Program Tracking & Reporting
Track participation, completion rates, and engagement metrics
Maintain training calendars and documentation
Prepare regular reports for HR, People Leaders, and Leadership teams
Support audits or compliance reporting where required
Learner Experience & Support
Act as a point of contact for employee learning queries
Collect feedback via surveys or evaluations
Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain L&D documentation, processes, and playbooks
Support planning and execution of learning initiatives
Assist with vendor coordination and invoicing (if applicable)
Project management in Asana
