We’re searching for a Skopje-based Staff Program Manager – Technical Delivery to join our Programme Management team, so that we can ensure robust, reliable, and scalable delivery of cross-functional technical programs. The Staff Program Manager will drive complex initiatives, resolve sophisticated challenges, and architect scalable solutions to enable RLDatix to achieve its mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Coordinate large-scale, cross-functional technical programs to deliver business-critical systems against strategic objectives.

  • Design and refine delivery frameworks in order to optimise execution, adaptability, and alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges to strengthen system resilience and performance in high-impact environments.

  • Implement and optimise observability, monitoring, and automation solutions to enhance delivery reliability and efficiency.

  • Advise and influence stakeholders by applying deep technical expertise to shape decisions, policies, and organisational standards.

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting and implementing advanced technical solutions (e.g., multi-cloud disaster recovery, machine learning models).
  • Proven ability to systematically resolve sophisticated technical challenges, leveraging advanced methodologies to enhance system performance.

  • Experience designing and optimising flexible technical architectures and delivery frameworks that adapt to ambiguity and scale.

  • Track record of implementing advanced observability systems, including chaos engineering and synthetic monitoring.

  • Specialised knowledge in automating and optimising CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and continuous delivery processes.

  • A knack for working collaboratively across technical and business stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment.
