We’re searching for a Staff Product Designer to join our Product & Design team, so that we can deepen our understanding of user needs and deliver elegant, intuitive experiences that raise the bar for healthcare operations software. The Staff Product Designer will lead discovery and design efforts across critical products to help healthcare providers and patients experience safer, more efficient, and more human-centered care.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Lead user research, customer discovery, and journey mapping to uncover problems and opportunities that matter most to our customers.

  • Translate complex workflows and insights into clear, scalable product design solutions that improve usability and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategy, align on priorities, and validate solutions.

  • Drive the UI/UX process hands-on — from wireframes and prototypes to polished designs — ensuring consistency across the product ecosystem.

  • Apply systems thinking and design thinking methodologies to create solutions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Senior-level experience in product design, with a track record of leading design efforts for SaaS products (healthcare a plus).

  • Proven success in shaping end-to-end product experiences — from early discovery and problem framing through launch and iteration.

  • In-depth knowledge of user research, design systems, and product thinking as they apply to complex workflows.

  • Ability to commute to Lehi, Utah  2–3 days a week (or flexibility for remote with occasional travel).

  • Sincere interest in healthcare, safety, and helping people through technology.

  • A knack for working collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams while also being able to lead independently in ambiguous spaces.
