We’re searching for a Skopje-based Software Engineer II to join our R&D Engineering team, so that we can deliver scalable, reliable software solutions that support safer healthcare worldwide. The Software Engineer II will contribute to designing, coding, and maintaining software applications to enhance product quality, performance, and reliability across our healthcare operations platform.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time

 

· Write clean, maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks to deliver reliable solutions.
· Apply automated testing and participate in code reviews in order to ensure software quality and maintainability.
· Diagnose and resolve technical challenges to support system performance and stability.
· Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and deployment practices to enable rapid and safe delivery.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and colleagues to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

 

· Hands-on experience with React (TypeScript), .NET for RESTful APIs, and SQL/ORMs (Entity Framework preferred).
· Familiarity with legacy technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and jQuery.
· Proven ability to write clean, well-tested code and resolve moderately complex technical issues.
· Experience implementing monitoring, logging, or alerting practices to ensure basic system reliability.
· Adaptability in working with evolving technical requirements and ambiguous project details.
· A collaborative work style and strong communication skills within cross-functional teams.
