We’re searching for a Skopje-based Software Engineer II to join our R&D team, so that we can build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. The Software Engineer II will design, develop, and deliver high-quality software within a collaborative squad, helping us achieve our goal of safer, better healthcare for all.
· Write clean, maintainable code in C#/.NET Core and React to deliver reliable and scalable features
· Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to power cloud-native solutions
· Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Terraform to ensure smooth deployments
· Implement automated testing (xUnit, Robot Framework) to guarantee high quality and system performance
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into effective solutions
· Apply systematic debugging and monitoring practices (Kubernetes, Docker, observability tools) to maintain healthy systems
· 3–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in SaaS or cloud-native product development
· Proven proficiency with C#/.NET Core, React, and cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
· Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
· Strong understanding of unit and automated testing frameworks
· Familiarity with secure software development practices and standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)
· A collaborative and adaptable work style, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional squad environment
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
