We’re searching for a Lehi based Engineer II to join our Development team, so that we can continue delivering safe, scalable, and modern healthcare software. The Engineer II will contribute to product features, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support engineering quality efforts to help advance RLDatix’s global mission of safer care.
Writing clean, maintainable code in C#/.NET to deliver product features
Collaborating with team members in order to break down requirements into technical tasks
Participating in code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing
Debugging and resolving application issues in order to improve stability and performance
Contributing to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to support team delivery goals
Mid-level experience in a software development role (preferably in a SaaS or product environment)
Proven success in contributing to the delivery of production-level applications
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and .NET development
Ability to commute to Lehi office [2–3] days a week.
Sincere interest in building healthcare software that makes a real-world impact
A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team
