We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Talent Development Manager to join our Global Talent Development team, so that we can accelerate leadership growth and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture at scale.
The Senior Talent Development Manager will partner with the Head of Talent to design and deliver strategic learning experiences for leaders and individual contributors, directly impacting team cohesion, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Designing and facilitating leadership and management development programs to build essential leadership skills aligned with organizational goals.
Conducting engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to enhance capabilities of leaders and individual contributors.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to assess development needs and create scalable solutions that support organizational growth.
Leading workshops and offsites focused on team cohesion, collaboration, and high performance.
Utilizing coaching techniques to support individual development and enhance emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
5+ years’ experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related HR discipline, with a focus on leadership and management development.
Proven expertise in designing and facilitating training—both in-person and virtually—across geographies and levels of seniority.
Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and influencing at an executive level.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
Experience designing and facilitating team development sessions and offsites.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel periodically for in-person delivery and facilitation.
Proficiency with virtual learning tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), LMS platforms, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, MURAL).
Experience in coaching; a formal coaching qualification (e.g., ICF, EMCC) is highly desirable.
Accreditation in psychometrics highly desirable
