We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Software Engineer to join our R&D Engineering team, so that we can solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-impact software that improves patient safety. The Senior Software Engineer will leverage deep technical expertise to design and build scalable solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of our global healthcare operations platform.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Architecting scalable systems using C# and ASP.NET Core to deliver robust backend services.

• Developing modern user interfaces with React in order to provide a seamless, data-rich experience for healthcare providers.

• Optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability and system performance.

• Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in order to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

• Automating CI/CD pipelines and observability tools to accelerate delivery and enhance system monitoring.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• 6–10+ years of experience in professional software engineering and complex product development.

• Proven success in delivering high-quality engineering work on schedule while resolving significant technical debt.

• In-depth knowledge on how to systematically diagnose and resolve complex failures across distributed systems.

• Ability to commute to our Skopje office 2 days a week as part of our hybrid work model.

• Sincere interest in leveraging technology and AI to make a positive, measurable change in global healthcare.

• A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, agile squad of engineers, product managers, and designers.
