We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Software Developer to join our Engineering – Human Capital Management team, so that we can continue delivering scalable, high-quality software that supports healthcare organizations worldwide. The Senior Software Developer will contribute hands-on development expertise and technical leadership to help build innovative solutions that advance safer healthcare.
Writing clean, efficient code using Microsoft and AWS technologies to deliver high-quality software
Collaborating within an Agile squad in order to estimate, design, and deliver prioritized product backlog items
Reviewing and refining solutions to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements
Debugging and troubleshooting production issues in order to maintain system reliability
Mentoring fellow developers to grow team capabilities and promote engineering best practices
4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, ideally in a product-focused environment
Proven success working within Agile development teams to deliver production-ready software
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and AWS technologies and modern software engineering techniques
Ability to commute to Möhnesee 2 days a week
Sincere interest in using technology to improve global healthcare delivery
A knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
