We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior SecOps Engineer to join our R&D Engineering team, so that we can strengthen our cybersecurity posture and protect critical systems and data across our global organization. The Senior SecOps Engineer will define, manage, and continuously enhance RLDatix’s security operations to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of both company and customer data.
· Monitor RLDatix infrastructures and systems to detect, investigate, and respond to potential security threats and incidents.
· Develop, implement, and manage vulnerability management solutions and penetration testing initiatives to identify and mitigate risks.
· Maintain and evolve security tools and technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR systems.
· Collaborate with R&D, IT, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to global security standards and frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, NIS2, PCI-DSS).
· Create, review, and maintain security policies, documentation, and training materials to promote awareness and compliance across the organization.
· Support out-of-hours incident response, including on-call rotation for urgent security events.
· At least 3 years of professional experience in Security Operations or cybersecurity roles.
· At least 2 years of hands-on experience with security information tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in traditional IT infrastructure management, including IP networks, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
· Practical experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automation of security monitoring, incident response, and reporting.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Macedonian, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
· A sincere interest in staying current with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
· Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH, and knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Perl) are a plus.
