We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Quality Engineer to join our R&D Engineering team, so that we can uphold the highest standards of software quality across our platform. The Senior Quality Engineer will lead the design and execution of advanced testing strategies, develop automated frameworks, and serve as a trusted quality expert to drive reliable, scalable, and timely software releases that directly support our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Design comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies to ensure software reliability and alignment with evolving requirements.
Analyse complex quality issues using advanced debugging tools and root cause investigation techniques in order to deliver sustainable solutions.
Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable releases.
Implement dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders with visibility into quality metrics and defect trends.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams to validate requirements, mitigate risks, and continuously improve processes.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Advanced experience in quality engineering, with expertise in automated and manual testing strategies, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Proven success in independently identifying, analysing, and resolving complex quality issues through advanced debugging and root cause analysis.
In-depth knowledge of designing adaptive test strategies that respond to ambiguous or evolving requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain quality monitoring dashboards, defect tracking systems, and reporting processes that inform senior decision-making.
A sincere interest in healthcare technology and making a meaningful impact on global healthcare safety.
A knack for working collaboratively across cross-functional engineering teams in a dynamic, evolving environment.
