We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Program Manager – Technical Delivery to join our R&D Program Management team, so that we can orchestrate complex, high-impact technical initiatives that advance our global platform. The Senior Program Manager will lead technical delivery across multiple engineering teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and timely outcomes that strengthen our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams to align delivery with strategic objectives and timelines.

• Drive cross-team alignment by managing stakeholder communications, resolving conflicts, and facilitating consensus on technical delivery priorities.

• Lead technical design discussions and mentor team members to elevate advanced domain expertise, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

• Implement best-in-class observability and monitoring practices to proactively detect and resolve system issues.

• Design and standardize sophisticated CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, secure, and automated software releases.

• Navigate ambiguity by making informed technical decisions and adapting approaches in uncertain, evolving environments.

• Foster delivery excellence by demonstrating ownership, mitigating risks, and promoting continuous improvement across teams.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having 

• Demonstrated mastery of technical delivery across multiple programming languages, architectures, and domain-specific technologies.

• Proven ability to systematically investigate and resolve complex, cross-domain system failures using advanced debugging and diagnostic techniques.

• Expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling observability and monitoring frameworks, including distributed tracing and advanced alerting strategies.

• Hands-on experience architecting and standardizing advanced CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery processes across technical teams.

• Track record of delivering high-impact engineering outcomes, applying delivery excellence principles, and driving continuous process improvement.

• A knack for working collaboratively within global, cross-functional environments.
