        We’re searching for a Stockholm-based Sales Manager to join our Sales Team, so that we can continue to grow our presence in the Swedish public market for workforce management (WFM). The Sales Manager will lead the Swedish Sales Team and actively drive direct sales to achieve ambitious targets and strengthen RLDatix’s market leadership.

         

        How You’ll Spend Your Time

        • Lead the Swedish Sales Team to deliver on annual operating plans (AOP) and sales targets.
        • Develop account plans and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
        • Report on performance and forecasts, ensuring accurate weekly and quarterly reviews.
        • Approve quotes, bids, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
        • Perform direct sales activities, achieving approximately 70% of your own quota, including winning new clients.
        • Collaborate with marketing to create go-to-market plans and attend key events.
        • Stay informed on competitive offerings and pricing to maintain a strong market position.

         

        What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

        • Proven experience in SaaS software sales, ideally within HR or operational segments (payroll, WFM, care planning or similar).
        • Track record of success in responding to public tenders and bids.
        • Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
        • Familiarity with modern sales structures and tools such as Salesforce.com.
        • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to influence and close deals.
        • Ability to commute to the Stockholm office and travel across Sweden approximately two days per week.
        • A positive, ambitious, and persistent attitude, with strong people skills and high energy levels.
