We’re searching for a Richmond-based Research & Insights Lead to join our AI & Analytics team, so that we can transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive safer, better care. This role will design and deliver intuitive dashboards and data storytelling solutions to empower decision-makers across the organisation with real-time, strategic intelligence.


How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Designing interactive dashboards using React and C# to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand analytical needs in order to build tailored visualization solutions
  • Developing scalable data models and backend integrations to support enterprise-wide reporting
  • Crafting compelling data stories and executive presentations to influence strategic decisions
  • Mentoring junior developers and analysts to elevate dashboarding and BI capabilities across the team

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Strong experience in data analytics, BI development, or visualisation-focused roles
  • Proven success in leading dashboarding projects from concept to delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of React.js, C#, and ideally PowerBI
  • Ability to commute to Richmond 2–3 days a week
  • Sincere interest in improving healthcare through data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
