We’re searching for a Richmond-based Quality Engineer II to join our Quality Engineering (QE) team, so that we can strengthen product reliability and release readiness across our platform. The Quality Engineer II will design and execute test plans, apply manual and automated testing methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality releases that advance our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Apply foundational testing methodologies to design and execute manual and automated test cases that cover business and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with developers and product managers in order to clarify acceptance criteria, validate requirements, and resolve quality issues.

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support CI/CD pipelines and enhance repeatability.

  • Monitor test executions and report on quality metrics to provide visibility into defect trends and testing effectiveness.

  • Prioritise test efforts using risk-based thinking to focus on high-impact areas and support reliable, timely releases.

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience with software testing methodologies and quality engineering frameworks to ensure reliability and compliance with requirements.

  • Proven success in designing and executing test plans using both manual and automated approaches.

  • In-depth knowledge on how to identify, analyse, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and debugging techniques.

  • Ability to commute to Richmond, UK several days a week (hybrid model).

  • Sincere interest in healthcare technology and raising the standard of care.

  • A knack for working collaboratively within agile development environments.
