We’re searching for a Skopje-based Quality Engineer II to join our Quality Engineering (QE) team, so that we can ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery across our global platform. The Quality Engineer II will design and execute test plans, leverage manual and automated testing approaches, and collaborate with developers and product managers to safeguard release readiness and software reliability.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Apply foundational testing methodologies to design and execute manual and automated test cases that validate defined business and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify acceptance criteria, validate requirements, and ensure user scenarios and edge cases are covered.

  • Identify and document software defects systematically, conducting root cause analysis and verifying defect fixes to ensure reliability.

  • Develop & maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, enhancing repeatability and continuous delivery.

  • Monitor test executions, track quality metrics, and report outcomes to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and risks.

  • Adapt testing approaches to evolving requirements, prioritising scenarios using risk-based thinking to focus on critical quality objectives.

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Demonstrated knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality engineering frameworks.

  • Experience designing and executing test plans using manual and automated approaches across functional and non-functional domains.

  • Proven ability to identify, analyse, and resolve quality issues, using root cause analysis and standard debugging techniques.

  • A knack for working collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic R&D environment.

  • Sincere interest in improving healthcare safety and reliability through technology.
